How does erosion contribute to flooding
Erosion is one of the factors that mainly contributes to flooding. An erosion in a soil will most likely cause the soil and rock formation from one place to another. It will also loosen the soil causing water to easily enter and disrupt a certain ground. The ability of the soil to absorb water is lessened as more soil can certainly be carried away by water. Through this, water can easily flow from place to place because no soil or formation absorbs it and stops the water from flowing.
